Don’t Do Business with Genocide – BROUK Calls for Sanctions on Burmese Military Companies

Burmese Rohingya Organisation UK today welcomed the report from the United Nations Independent International Fact Finding Mission on Burmese military interests.

We call on all governments around the world to support their recommendations, including sanctions on Burmese military companies. “International companies doing business with the military are helping to pay for the genocide against us”, said Tun Khin, President of the Burmese Rohingya Organisation UK.

The new report details international companies which are supplying arms to the military, or doing business with companies owned by the military.
