Rohingya villagers were forcibly displaced by the Arakan Army (AA) in Southern Maungdaw Township, Arakan State, Myanmar, on 10th June at around 7 o’clock in the morning.
Rohingya villagers of Alay Than Kyaw were forcibly displaced, and all their properties were snatched on 10th June at around 7 o’clock in the morning.
A source said, โThere are a total of 28 Rohingya families in Alay Than Kyaw village in Southern Maungdaw Township, and they were all forcibly displaced by AA.โ
There is a total population of 128 in the 28 Rohingya families in Alay Than Kyaw village, and all of them were forcibly displaced. All their properties, including food and clothes, were robbed by AA at around 7 o’clock in the morning on 10th June.
AA told the residents of Alay Than Kyaw, โThe Arakan Army has to fight with the military battalion of Alay Than Kyaw. You must leave the village and make it empty now. If you do not leave the village, you will be shot dead.โ
The Rohingya villagers of Alay Than Kyaw are in critical condition and cannot access any village or food. The villagers of Alay Than Kyaw are requesting the international community to protect them from AA.
