Rohingyas are being caught in the crossfire between the Arakan Army (AA) and the Myanmar military in Arakan State, Myanmar.
A Rohingya boy was wounded by bullets in Thaya Gung, 4 Miles Ward, Maungdaw Township, Arakan State, Myanmar.
The injured boy, identified as 12-year-old Abdu Sofur, son of Abdu Monab, is a resident of Thaya Gung, 4 Miles Ward, Maungdaw Township.
A source reported, “There were clashes between the AA and the Myanmar military in Thaya Gung, 4 Miles Ward, and the boy was injured during the conflict between the Arakan Army and the Burmese military.”
The source added, “The boy, who was wounded by the bullet, is out of danger and is undergoing treatment at the hospital. There are no major issues, and he is expected to recover soon.”
