Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh: Irregular slope construction have left Rohingya in a state of worry at a makeshift camp in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, reports a member of VOR today (8 August 2019).

A high slope located at Block-M-13 of camp-14 Hakimfara became a milestone for the pedestrian Rohingya to climb to the shelters located up of it, especially for children.
Rohingya in the area have repeatedly requested the responsible INGOs and every time they had to return without any hope.

Now due to the situation Rohingya are really worried as many children fell from that slope and got critical injuries. They fear that more children might be injured as no one is seen to be working for this issue.
According to locals, site management of Hakimfara makeshift camp comes from as INGO named CristainAid.com.

Since 2016, 1.3 million Rohingya are struggling to achieve minimum human needs and protection, even after fleeing deadly killing fields of Burmese armed forces in their own ancestral land.
