From yesterday until now, the Arakan Army (AA) has reportedly killed more than 300 Rohingya in a series of drone attacks. The attacks occurred in Maungdaw town, where AA drones first targeted the area and forced the Rohingya residents out. They were then gathered on the west bank of the Naf River. Subsequently, the AA dropped bombs from drones, killing over 300 people, including women and children, and injuring around 500 others.
This morning, nearly 2,000 Rohingya refugees arrived in Bangladesh, many carrying the bodies of their loved ones. Numerous dead bodies have been seen adrift in the Naf River, particularly in the Teknaf Shah Porir Dwip area. Additionally, approximately 25,000 Rohingya remain stranded on the Naf riverbank in Maungdaw town, desperately pleading for rescue and safety.
