Cox’s Bazaar, Bangladesh: A Rohingya child was critically injured in a road accident today (26 June 2019), in a makeshift camp, reports a volunteer working in the camp.
At around 6:30 the Rohingya child was hit by a vehicle in camp-W1 and was later discovered by nearby Rohingya sheltering in the camp.

The child was then immediately admitted to a nearby MSF clinic and is undergoing treatment.
The child’s identity could not be identified yet and camp volunteers was looking for his family or relatives.
Since 2017, nearly 800, 000 Rohingya are sheltering at around 27 camps across the Cox’s Bazaar district of Bangladesh and are lingering with one or the other difficulties on daily basis.
