Cox’s Bazar — Today German Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development Dr. Gerd Muller will visit the Rohingya camps housing hundreds of thousands of persecuted people from Rakhine state, who had to flee their homes due to atrocious crimes committed by the security forces of Myanmar and their civilian allies. He also held a meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday (25th February).
According to the German Embassy in Dhaka, the German Minister Dr. Gred Muller arrived in Dhaka yesterday and scheduled to visit Cox’s Bazar today.
While meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at “Ganabhaban” yesterday he also met the Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen and other dignitaries.
Dr. Gred Muller will leave Bangladesh today (February 26) after finishing his visit to Rohingya camps.
